Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

You may enter the promotion without making a purchase. This ensures that all participants have an equal opportunity to win.

To receive entries without making a purchase, please follow these instructions:

1. Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and valid email address on a 3” × 5” index card or piece of paper.
2. Place the card in a standard mailing envelope.
3. Mail your entry to:

• Each mail-in entry will be awarded the equivalent number of entries based on a $1.00 purchase = 15 entries.
• Example: One properly submitted mail-in card counts as 15 entries.
• Limit one card per outer envelope. You may submit multiple mail-in entries, provided each is mailed separately

• Entries must be postmarked by [Postmark Deadline Date] and received no later than [Final Receipt Date].
• Late, illegible, or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

Mail-in entries are subject to the same verification process as purchase-based entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, damaged, or delayed mail.
