This promotion is open to legal residents of continental USA who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Each promotion begins on the 1st of the month at 12:00 AM Eastern and ends on last day of the month at 11:59 PM Eastern (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Eligible participants will automatically receive entries when purchasing eligible products during the Promotion Period.

• Entry Calculation: For every full $1.00 USD spent (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, or fees), participants earn 15 entries into the giveaway.
• Round-Down Rule: Only whole dollar amounts are counted. For example, a $9.99 purchase earns entries based on $9 (not $9.99).

The prize(s) available, quantity, and approximate retail value (ARV) will be disclosed in the promotional materials associated with this campaign. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

This promotion is void where prohibited by law and is only open to residents of continental USA. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict participation in jurisdictions where local laws would make the promotion unlawful.

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor (or its authorized agent) within 30 days of the Promotion Period ending. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 30 days, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.
