Return Policy
1. Overview
Because every item in our catalog is produced on‑demand specifically for you, we cannot restock returned products. For that reason, we only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or contain a manufacturing error, or for parcels confirmed as lost in transit. Issues caused by incorrect size or color selection, buyer’s remorse, or other preference changes do not qualify for return or refund.
2. Eligibility Window
Issue type - Damaged / defective / misprinted item
- Submit claim within* 30 days of confirmed delivery
Issue type - Package lost in transit
- Submit claim within* 30 days after the last estimated delivery date
* Claims submitted outside these windows cannot be processed.
3. What We Need to Process a Claim
- Order number & item description
- Clear photos (or a short video) showing the defect.
If multiple items using the same design are affected, include all items in one frame. - Shipping label (for lost‑in‑transit claims, attach the tracking link or screenshot).
Send the above to contact@americanzionist.com or use our Submit an Issue form.
Do not return the product unless our support team requests it. In most cases we can resolve the claim without a physical return.
4. Resolution Options
Free replacement of the affected item(s); or
Refund credited to the original payment method.
- If your payment currency is non‑USD, the refund will be returned directly to the original source.
- If USD, you may opt for store credit instead.
